3. Complete your payment and schedule your sessions
Once you complete your final payment, you’ll be able to book sessions with our ADHD psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team. They’ll take the time to understand you from every angle, making sure your evaluation is thoughtful, accurate and truly personal because no one’s experience with ADHD is exactly the same.

Titration and stabilisation
The ADHD titration process is a careful, step-by-step approach to finding the best dose for you. Over about three months, our clinicians will start you on a low dose and gradually increase it, checking in with you regularly to see how well your symptoms are controlled and to monitor for any side effects.
Ongoing monitoring
After your initial titration period, you’ll move to the ongoing reviews. Clinicians will monitor your progress and check for any side effects. This ongoing support helps ensure your treatment stays effective and safe.
Personalised therapy programme
Our six-session programme offers a flexible, semi-structured approach, tailored to your specific needs. The focus is on building self-awareness, developing emotional regulation skills and building a toolkit of practical coping strategies that work for you.
