When Uni feels harder than it should, get the clarity you deserve
Are you driven by deadlines rather than schedules?
Feeling exhausted by the social side of studying?
Does this sound like you?
- The "All-Nighter" Cycle: Feeling like you can only focus when a deadline is hours away.
- Lecture Lag: Struggling to follow long or unstructured presentations, no matter how hard you try to listen.
- Social Burnout: Feeling like you need a 'recharge' day after a single seminar or a trip to the Student Union.
- The Task Dread or “Admin Paralysis”: Do "simple" tasks like laundry, meal prepping, or keeping track of deadlines feel like an uphill struggle?
How it works and what to expect
We’ve designed our assessment pathway to fit around busy student life — with no long waiting lists and no obligation to continue after your initial screening.
- Step 1. Suitability Questionnaire (Free): Take a quick, no-cost check to ensure our services are right for you. Get feedback on your next steps in minutes.
- Step 2. Medical History Review: Share your health background with us. This helps our clinicians understand your unique story and personal assessment.
- Step 3. DIVA-5 Assessment: Meet with a mental health expert for a structured, globally recognised interview and we’ll explore your potential ADHD symptoms.
- Step 4. Clinical ADHD Evaluation: Dive into your current experiences. Our specialists look at your life from every angle to ensure a proper understanding.
- Step 5. Diagnosis & Treatment Plan: Meet with a consultant psychiatrist to discuss your results. If diagnosed, you can co-create a bespoke plan – including medication or therapy, tailored to your goals.
